"I am sending this letter to everyone at Focus point properties concerning my previous experience with my Short Sale of a property in Glendale Arizona. Due to the falling housing market, I was extremely “Under Water” with my investment property in Glendale, AZ. My agent, Joel Pippet whom I purchased the property from referred John Hoyt at Focus Point Properties concerning my dilemma. I contacted John and explained the situation I was in. He explained the options that I had concerning a Short Sale or going through a Foreclosure on the property. At the time I did not know what I should do. John was very informative and patient discussing with me the differences between a Short Sale and Foreclosure. He also went into detail explaining the timeframe that both processes would take. Granted there is no precise timeframe that the process would be completed in due to the various agencies involved. He didn’t sugarcoat anything but he did give me accurate info on what to expect. This was a great help to me considering the position I found myself in. I decided to follow through with the short sale. John quickly found a buyer for my property which was a great relief to me. Now we were at the mercy of the banks holding the first & second liens on the property. Everyone at Focus Point Properties handled all of the paperwork required from the banks in a timely fashion. This is comforting to me as an owner who lives 400 miles away and can’t directly be involved with the process. The transaction went through without any problems just as John told me it would. I would like to thank John and everyone at Focus Point Properties for all of their time and expertise in handling what was a bad situation for me, epically in a timely fashion like they did. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing assistance in matters such as mine was.
